I am searching for a lost cousin. His name is/was Jimmy (or James) Rex Mitchell. He was a police officer in Phoenix, AZ in the early 60's. His father was Forest Ruben Mitchell (1904-1977), who lived in Lamesa, TX until his death. His mother was Irene Painter, no other info.
