I have been searching for a Bascom Mitchell for some years. This one fathered a daughter born in 1909 and was at the time living in or around Preston County, West Virginia. Bascom was probably his middle name therefore is recorded in censuses, etc, as Thomas, William or Robert B. Mitchell or some such. Any help appreciated. Gail Mynatt Zeigler
