(Kurt) ELION, 24, of Bloomington died Tuesday, December 23, in Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis following an illness of eight years. He was born in LaGrange August 31, 1962, and was a former resident of the Wolcottville area. Surviving are his parents, Charles K. ELION of Goshen and Virginia (KECK) SCHMIDT of Wolcottville; a brother, Mark ELION of Wolcottville; five half-brothers, Allen, Michael and Jack WILLETS, all of Wolcottville, and Scott and Lynn ELION, both of Goshen; half-sister, Joyce ELION of Goshen, and his grandmothers, Mrs. Ruth KECK of Wolcottville and Mrs. Evelyn FLETCHERMAN of Florida. Calling hours will be held Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Hutchins Funeral Home of Wolcottville. Graveside services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Carldean Merrifield officiating. Preferred memorials are to the Kidney Foundation. END
