EBY, 85, 65536 Robbins Lake Road, died Jan. 21, 1992, at the Three Rivers Manor Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 27, 1906, in Peru, Ind., a daughter of Wilbur and Cora (FISHTORN) GLASSBURN. She was married to Jesse EBY. He died in 1948. She was employed as a cook at the Tri-Valley Boy Scout Camp, Jones. She was a 40 year member of the porter Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Craig (Jesse) WITWER, Jones; two step-sons, Delbert EBY, Cape Coral, Fla., and Floyd EBY, Coldwater; two grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; 30 step-great-grandchildren; 19 step- great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Oliver GLASSBURN, Peru; and three sisters, Jenny RIFE, Peru, Adline MICHAEL, Denver, Ind., and Grace KELLER, Peru. She was preceded in death by her parents; two step-children, Mildred MALLO and Mahlon EBY; three brothers and one sister. Relatives and friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today at the Eley Funeral Home, Constantine, where the family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today. Services are at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Porter Baptist Church with the Rev. Patrick Neff officiating. Burial will be in Shavehead Cemetery, Porter Township. Memorials may be directed to the Porter Baptist Church or the Gideon Bible Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. END
