EASH, 77, of R.R. 1, Ligonier, died Monday, May 16, in his home following a brief illness. He was born in LaGrange County February 28, 1911, and was a farmer. He was married November 6, 1932, to Susie LAMBRIGHT. Surviving are five sons, Floyd of LaGrange, Melvin of Shipshewana, Clarence of Auburn, Neb., Amos of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Ora of Sarasota, Fla.; three daughters, Mrs. Samuel (Rosa) SCHWARTZ of Coldwater, Mich., Mrs. Henry (Viola) YODER of Riverside, Iowa and Mrs. Lloyd (Edith) CHUPP of Ligonier; three sisters, Lena BONTRAGER and a twin sister, Lucy EASH, both of Millersburg, and Mrs. Dan (Katie) HOCHSTETLER of Topeka; two brothers, Neal of Shipshewana and Eli of LaGrange; 40 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Three daughters, two grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death. Funeral services were held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the Elmer C. Miller home with Bishop Alvin LAMBRIGHT and the Rev. Elmer C. Miller officiating. Burial was in Hawpatch Cemetery. Miller Funeral Home of Middlebury was in charge of arrangements. END
