EAGAN, 77, Gateway Village, died Feb. 18, 1988, at his home. He was born Oct. 15, 1910, in Kalamazoo, a son of John Charles and Edna Florence (DeCOURSEY) EAGAN. On July 15, 1938, he married Lois E. HOLTZ in Sturgis. He was a Sturgis resident since 1933, coming from Kalamazoo. He was a salesman for Barclay Marine Distributors, Chicago, Ill., retiring in 1980. He was a member of the Holy Angels Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Dennis EAGAN and Patrick EAGAN, both of Sturgis; one daughter, Mrs. Ed (Frances) MORSEAU, Portage; 16 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, David, and two brothers. Relatives and friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the Rosenberg-Schipper Funeral Home, Sturgis, where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass is at 11 a.m. Saturday at Holy Angels Church, with the Rev. Robert Consani officiating. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Holy Angels Catholic School. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. END
