EASH, 84, 409 S. Walnut St., LaGrange, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Fairview Medical Facility in Centreville, Mich. she had been ill three years. She was born in LaGrange County, Nov. 9, 1884. She was the widow of Samuel R. EASH, who died in 1961. They were married July 11, 1930, in Noble County, Ind. Mrs. EASH had lived in the LaGrange community all her life. Her parents were Monroe Pierce and Margaret (BARNES) PIERCE. Surviving are four sons, Donald SAMS of LaGrange, Dennis SAMS and Charles SAMS of Centreville, and Russell SAMS of Sturgis; two daughters, Mrs. Lyle (Marie) SHEARS, Centreville, and Mrs. Paul (Ella) HIGH, Hudson, Ind.; 13 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Eldo PIERCE, Wolcottville; a sister, Mrs. Amanda BOGGS of California; two step-sons, Willis EASH of California and Clarence EASH, Marshall, Mich.; and four step-daughters, Mrs. Pauline GARRISON of California; Mrs. Mae SHAVER and Mrs. Clara COURTWRIGHT of Battle Creek, Mich.; and Mrs. Pearl HART, Geneva, Ind. Mrs. EASH was a member of the LaGrange Church of God. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in he Frurip Funeral Home. The Rev. Lawrence J. Beaver, retired, will officiate. Burial will be made in Greenwood Cemetery. END
