EGBERT, 65, of 51686 SR 19 North, Elkhart, died Wednesday, February 8, 1990, in Elkhart General Hospital. He was born in East St. Louis, Ill., May 30, 1924, and was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II. EGBERT, formerly of LaGrange, was owner of Simonton Lake Coin Laundry and Hydro Spray Car Wash. He was a member of the Meridian Sun F&AM Lodge of LaGrange and Mizpah Shrine of Fort Wayne. He was married in Raton, Mexico, July 3, 1948, to Mary Naoma RINGLER, who survives. Also surviving are a son, James of Elkhart; three brothers, Richard of Millstadt, Ill., Tom of Carmi, Ill., and John of Fairfield, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Leroy (Emma) ROETHEMIER of Sarasota, Fla., and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Wally-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home in Elkhart with the Rev. Don Weiss officiating. Burial was in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Preferred memorials are to American Heart Association. END
