She had been in failing health for the last three years. Mrs. YORK was born in Branch County, Feb. 27, 1932, a daughter of Russell and Ruth (MINNICK) VAUGHN. She had lived in the Constantine and Bronson areas all of her life, and had attended school in Constantine. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Bronson. Surviving are a daughter, Rojean; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Russell VAUGHN, of Colon; five sisters, Mrs. James (Anna Bell) CULBERTSON, of Hicksville, O., Mrs. Edward (Mary) TATUR of Coldwater, Mrs. Bruce (Vera) HART, Centreville, Mrs. Richard (Rea) LEER, of Bristol, Ind., and Mrs. Larry (Effie) PERRIN, of Constantine; and four brothers, Lyle VAUGHN, of Las Cruces, N. Mex., Charles of Bronson, Bill of Sturgis and Larry of Colon. Several aunts and uncles also survive. Friends may call at the Schipper Funeral Home until 2 p.m. Saturday, when funeral services will be held with the Rev. Clarence K. Graham, pastor of the First Congregational Church of Bronson, officiating. Burial will take place in Pretty Prairie Cemetery in Northern Indiana. END
