Searching for information on Mrs. Esther JACKSON (died 3 Dec 1916 at age 89 in Three Rivers MI), and information on her husband & descendents. Her death certificate states that she was a widow (does not give her husband's name), the names of her parents were marked as "unknown", and that she was born in New York State. Esther was the daughter of Abel ALLEN and Mary (Polly) CORNELL, and was born in either Saratoga County or Warren County in upstate New York. She had 6 brothers who served in the Civil War, and her uncle, Luther Cornell, served in the War of 1812. Does anyone know which newspaper would have covered Three Rivers in 1916 and where I might write of a copy of Esther Jackson's obituary?
