    1. [MO] My Brick Wall...
    2. I have yet to break through this brick wall... but I keep on hoping. My great grandfather, John H. Evans married Emma Jane Parsley on 1 December 1884 (possibly in Tina) Carroll County, MO. On their marriage license it states that John came from Jackson County, OH. That was all for John. John and Emma had one child, my grandfather, Willy Ernest Evans, born August 1886, Tina, Carroll Co. MO. Two months after Willy was born, Emma died. Some time after that John remarried to Minerva ?, a widow, who had three young daughters. At this time John was in Livingston Co. MO. John and Minerva had a son Alfred Ray, June 1892. Alfred died December 1920. Minerva died in 1944. Minerva raised her daughters and Alfred alone. Where did John go? Where did he end up? We believe he was a carpenter. Minerva's daughter's names at the time of their mothers death in 1944 were: Mrs. Leta May James of Kansas City, MO Mrs. Verna Bell Clark, of Bloom, Kansas Mrs. Gladys C. VanStone of Butte, Montana Amy help would be appreciated. Thank you. Ramona Kelley
