OK, here's mine! Still no info on my 2nd gr granmo. She married Jeremiah C. Vannoy in Pike Co., MO in 1843. She died April 1859. Place of death and burial place unknown--sources in Pike County have checked all cemetery listings for me. Main problem: I do not know her parents--can't seem to place her with any Moss family in Pike Co. at the time. Was she possibly a young widow whose husband was a Moss? Have no help from posting on Pike Co. list, so will try here. Census indicates she was born in KY--1821. ANY help appreciated (that's emphasis, not shouting!). Linda in Oregon
I don't expect I'm much help here.....I have a passel of Vannoys, but the most I have on Jeremiah Cleveland Vannoy is his birth---I didn't even know who he was married to. If you need any of his ancestors, though, let me know. <g> Megan "Piglet" Zurawicz, ListPig [email protected] [email protected] |-----Original Message----- |From: David D. and Linda C.
