    3. Dear Friends Received a large package in the mail today from the Pioneer Memorial Library in FBG, TX. I had asked the genealogy researcher to check the 1880, 1900 and 1910 census for Gillespie County and copy anything she found on a George, Solomon or Wooten Household. There are many interesting facts of corse, to start with no Wootens were found, I sort of expected that and have similar records on the way from the nice people in Llano Co., next my puzzle over what W.D.George was doing selling his farm and moving to Willow City. You can't farm in the city! The 1910 no longer show him as a farmer but as a Retail Merchant / Grocer. Now were did I hear about his store burning? That also answers my question as to why he bought two lots when he moved to Willow City rather then one. Obviously one was for the store the other for the house. Census show J. Solomon with Mildred at 4 months old. The 1880s do have A.G. George as my GGM, any one know what Henrietta's middle name was? I will be very happy to share these records but not to sure how well they will copy, guess we'll see. I'll be in touch. David George __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
