Sticklervill is in Sullivan Co., MO located along Hwy "H" approx 22 miles east of "Mystic" per the Missouri Atlas and Gazetteer by DeLorme. Mystic is located at the intersection of Hwy 129, Hwy "C" is west of Hwy 129 and Hwy "H" is east of Hwy 129.
