I have a problem with FTM and am unable to open it. I read that others have experienced problems with FTM as well. One of the messages I get is that "xxxxx.DLL is linked to a missing export" and another that " a device attached to the system is not functioning." The other programs work fine. Has anyone had this problem? Someone on the list suggested installing the program again. I tried, but It would not allow me to do it. Thanks very much for any help. Maryann
