Hi , any suggestions? I am trying to find Isaac Newton BROWN on anything , census, directory, ect. between the years 1869-1896 so I may locate his spouse and children's names, ect. He was said to be in Chillicothe, Livingston Co, MO ca 1896-1897. Any ideas? Thank you, Ann
