Norma, Noxall is now called a Locale and was/is located just off the railroad tracks about 2 miles south of Matthews, New Madrid Co., MO, about 3/4 mile west of Highway 61. If I have plotted the coordinates correctly New Hope cemetery is just off Hy 61 just east of the Noxall Locale. By the way there almost seems that there is at least one New Hope Cemetery in every county in Missouri.
