I am seeking information who was born to a Velma Mae Chandler. She parents forced her to give him away. He could be in the Kansas City area, Wichita area or even down around Tulsa. His half sister is looking for him and she said he may have been with a family by the name of Weatherman. His uncle was Frank Chandler and the Weatherman's were his in-law's.
