Kate, On the 1820 Covington Co. MS. census I found Barnice LANDRAM (Barnabus LANDRUM) (b.abt. 1794). He was married abt. 1817 to Rebecca SMITH (b. 1798). Well! Right before him.....was 2 Smith families! They were Joshua Smith and George (P.?) Smith. Joshua Smith has one male under 10, two males of 16 and under 26, one male of 45 and upwards, one female of 16 and under 26. George Smith has one male of 26 and under 45, one female under 10, one female of 16 and under 26. I wonder if either one of these might be the parent of Rebecca Smith Landrum? Got any feelings about it? Linda
