The census lists' guidelines are more detailed, but the state and county Rootsweb lists usually only require that the subject of ALL postings be genealogical in nature and pertain to the list name. For instance, this list's guidelines state that postings not be off the topic of Mississippi genealogy. Because this one most definitely IS, we are both very much at risk of being suspended, so I will respond privately with instructions on how to get guideline copies for all your lists.
