Problem lies in not knowing the LAW...If you do, you can quote it to them, and they will usually relent... Tell them to take take their time to go look it up...they usually have "more important things to do" and don't want to "waste" time on a position they cannot win, so they will say go ahead, and let you make a copy...You have to be firm and know your Rights...
