I did not think about the little line in the url being lined up with the hyperlink line, therefore it does not show. The url is www.netpathway.com/~jdmason/pleasantgrove_cem.htm Notice there you see space between the pleasantgrove and cem. The little dash or hypen between 0 and + is what goes there.
