Dear list, this is a horribly vague request, but it's all I have. I'm looking for a Cornelia Anderson who married a P. A. Broutin (he was a Frenchman). This is according to Cornelia's brother, Willliam Wesley Anderson. In 1901, William said he thought his sister was living in Winona, Mississippi. Cornelia was probably born in or near Chester, Randolph County, Illinois. I do not know when she was born, possibly around 1838. I have no other information about the Broutins.
