    1. [MISSISSIPPI] Lookup Request
    2. Mary Hill
    3. Is there a kind soul out there that could do a lookup for me. 1870 - 1890 would be the years I am interested in. I believe they married a few years before 1870, and moved to Texas by 1890. I am searching for a Simeon Taylor married to a Sarah. I believe that they may have a daughter, Margaret Taylor. Anyhelp what so ever would be most appreciated.

    3. Hi Mary, There was no Simeon Taylor in the 1870 Mississippi Census. Sorry, Karen Mary Hill wrote: > Is there a kind soul out there that could do a lookup for me. 1870 - 1890 would be the years I am interested in. 3. I didn't see the original request, but looking at the indices at Ancestry.com and using Simon Taylor (Instead of Simeon), I found one in Hinds co. in 1870. It was the only hit I got. He is on page 591 and it states he is in the Jackson P.O. area. hope that helps some. I didn't see any marriage records for him. Under either spelling.
