Can someone tell me what communities would have been included in the 1880 Prentiss Co., Census, District 5? My James M. Sanders family is found in the 1860 Tishomingo Co. Census, Jacinto Post Office (page 240) and I have not been able to locate them in the 1870 MS Census. Their youngest child, shown in the 1880 Fannin Co., TX Census, was born abt. 1872, in MS. The 1870 county boundary changes seem to have placed Jacinto into Prentiss Co. Any information would be helpful. Thank you, Lola (Sanders) Ball [email protected]
