    3. Yes, Kathy this information helps, it is more promising to know there is a prison historian office in Parchman. This will be great to see what I can obtain. I did email the Dept of Corrections in FL for my Great Uncle Lacy Easter prison records, they emailed their FL Prison Inmate List of all inmates with their id# and their time of service (came in and went out). I still have to write the county office or archives in that state for intimate details of the file, if i chose too, again thanks!
