I know the time and money that I have spent trying to do things on my own. Sometimes it is cheaper to have a more experienced person do the research. Most of them know exactly where to look. I don't have the time personally to do it all on my own. While I enjoy certain parts of it, you know when you have hit a brick wall you are probably going to have to have help. I am so pleased with the message board, because it lets me know there are many wonderful people out there willing to help and guide you along the way.
