Hi, just got your post and am so glad that finally there is someone who may be able to find my elusive DOOLEY............................ I don't have a whole lot on this guy but will post what I do know. E L DOOLEY married EMMA or EMILY McNEALY somewhere in MS between 1865 and 1867. Emma/Emily was born about 1853 in MS. They had the following children: SUSAN/SUZY born abt 1868, WILLIAM born abt 1872 and FRANK born abt 1873. I've searched all the records I can find and have come up with nothing. I'm trying to find the full name of E L DOOLEY, marriage record for them, where they lived, when and where the children were born. I'm assuming that E L was in the civil war in MS but I have no clue where to even start looking since I don't have his full name. Anything you can tell me or maybe point me in the right direction will be wonderful.
