Marjorie: I came up with 1028 possible hits. All for William Adams. Without more information to go on, I would have no way to figure out which one might be the William Adams you are looking for even hoping he is in the 1028 mentioned. So you see, here is an example of taking very little information and while I can generate some leads on 1028 possible records, that is a lot to go through without a lot of time on my hands and not knowing anything else to look for. Well Thanks any way its no problem I will probably go down to Jackson MS and get the records because there is more I want so thanks any way. It will just be a nice ride down there. I don't mind paying for the service but I figured if I paid 15.00 for 3 different records them I could go there cheaper and enjoy the sencery to Jackson down the trace. I need more records that are down there also. I probably can get the record at Wallace State Jr college they have lots of records there. I think I can get it at the library in Birmingham ALA also and I will be going there March 3 and I can wait that long.
