REPLY TO: froggie@lcc.net (froggie) I am researching: John Dearman and Lethia Dearman John Dearman was married to Letha Dearman; I have Leatha Dearman death certificate. It names George Straughter as her father and her mother as Julia McMillan, but on another death certificate is list her father as Sam Straughter. I have not been able to find her husband - listed as Jonathan (John) Dearman, I just now found that on the 1910 Lauderdale Co., Miss Census that her father's birthplace was Washington, ?, and that she was a widow. Can anyone tell me which John Dearman was her husband, and if Sam or George was her husbands name? Leatha Dearman was born May 1,1861 and died Oct 1,1922.
