Have you ever ordered one of the forms? It is less that half a page. We generate the letter from the web site with the SS# on it.How hard and time consuming can it be to take that and pull the application,copy and send it. Did I include your name any where in the letter? I don't see it any where. Then you can't and don't have to include yourself in this position. But for those of us who can't pay the amount that part of our research is out of reach for us. Do you really think they want to fully justify their reason for this. They have operated like this for a while and it didn't seem to matter.
