Looking for ANYTHING on any and all of the following: Millard EDNEY. Millard was my G,G,grandfather.(b. abt. 1855-60?) He married Martha Virginia (Jennie) LAVENDER.(b. abt. 1858-1863?) The children that I am aware of them having are: (May not be in birth order.) Mary Keiffer/Keifer EDNEY, (my great grandmother); born in Columbus MS.,possibly around 1880-1883, John EDNEY; Carniffe Ruff EDNEY, (1891-1939); Claude EDNEY, (1894-1953); Mary K. EDNEY married Hezakiah Clark GORE.(b.1879 d.1916), in Irondale,AL. M.K.EDNEY and H.C.GORE were in the Birmingham, Jefferson Co., AL. and surrounding areas. They had several children... Carey Carniff GORE (1904-1993)(married Rose?), Burnham Alvin GORE (who was called 'Petty')(1905-1977), Millard GORE (1902-1903 lived 11 months), Leslie GORE (called'Leck')(1907-1972) (married Myrt, who I believe is still alive, and living with one of their sons, Richard(Dick) GORE, in SC.), Clyde Evers GORE (1899-1934), Martha Agnes GORE (1911-1912 lived 15 months), Emory GORE, Willie Mae GORE (Dec. 27, 1900 in Smythe, Jefferson Co., AL. and d.1993) married Fred Feilbelman HEYMAN, (b. Aug. 30, 1898, in Gainesville, TX.) He was the son of 'Max'millian HEYMAN, and Belle HART, then after Fred's death she married Walter Lynch FURMAN, who was a phamacist. Willie was my grandmother. Max and Belle are buried in Elmwood Cem. in Birmingham, AL Willie and Fred F. HEYMAN had one child ,MaeBelle HEYMAN,(b. May 28, 1921), who married Billy Samuel ROBINSON. The GOREs I listed were born in Smythe, Irondale, Powdery, Trusville, Birmingham, and looks like a Germenie(?) AL. * I know some of these aren't spelled right. Most of these people lived and worked in Birmingham, Jefferson Co. AL. all of their lives. Willie worked and retired from a hospital that I think was on the east side of town. (We could see the Vulcan light, (green or red, depending on a death that day I think), from her apartment, and she walked to work.) There was a park a couple of blocks from there. Several of her brothers worked for the Birmingham Newspaper Office. One of them was an artist? Most of them are buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham. Does anyone recognize any of these names? PLEASE e mail me with any info, guesses or suggestions. I will take ANYTHING! Kay R. Music lmusic1@bellsouth.net (lower case 'L', music, # one)

Hi to all who get this message. My computer was hit 5 times in less than a week. I had everything as up to date as one can get it, but it disabled both virus protection programs, and then sent itself to everyone in my address book. I am changing my email to msflash50@yahoo.com This one will still be good, but I will not use it when I get everything changed over. I talked to my dau. DeVia yeserday and she advised me to switch as she had done so. Your mail goes to Yahoo is scanned and you have to go there to get it, that way it does not come to your email box on the computer-- My tower is in the shop, I just hope and pray that it can be fixed--Helen
