I have a distant relative who lived in a town call Durand. Her name was Kathryn (kate) Webb. She died on October 20, 1953. My elderly mother from a nearby county needs to obtain some records there and I want to steer her in the right direction. Sadly, I am from Florida and can't help her at the moment.
