Hi Kathy, Sorry but my John Coleman was born 1830 in Ohio and died bet. 1896-1901, he married Lucy Maria Cottwell. I don't know who his parents are. I didn't think my Coleman's ever lived in Shiawassee. However, my neice has a friend who lives in Durand, I believe and he is a Coleman, his Grandpa was Charles Coleman b. abt 1888 in WVA. and he married a Fannie Last Name Unknown. Charles and Fannie had 3 sons, Vernon, Gordon, and Ray. Gordon is his Dad I don't have his Mom's name. Gordon b. Jul 29, 1917 WVA and d. Dec 29, 1989 in Owosso.
