I don't recall seeing Charles Allen's name, but that certainly doesn't mean that we don't have anything on him.. I'll be happy to check to see if we do have anything on him. Were there any other names, sons daughters, that he might have had in this area? I just checked the Riverside Cemetery book and did not find him listed. Do you have any document that shows that he was buried in Riverside in Elsie, Duplain Township, MI? It is very possible that he is buried there. The book, for the most part, just shows people who have headstones. If you do have something to show that he is buried in Riverside, the historical society would love to have it so we can add him in our book. Leota Kajdas
Leota, My mistake. Charles was buried in Riverside cemetary in Rush township. I do appreciate your taking the time to look him up.
