I don't have a subscription to ancestry.com but, by filling in certain fields of the 1900 census I found a Minnie Perry born abt 1885 and an Arthur Perry born abt. 1894 in Owosso 4th. Ward, Shiawassee Co., Mi. They are listed as stepdaughter and stepson. Could this be your Minnie? I couldn't see the parents names because I don't have access. I can look it up at our church. We have access to ancestry.com. Let me know if you would like me to do that. I won't be able to get to it until next week.
