Nancy, Thank you for checking on the Worden's Tammy
Hello Sherry, Yes, we connected before and you gave me much information on Laura Rush and the offline connections to complete that line. Thank you again. So sorry that you had the lightning strike. Sandy
Hi Sandy, Have we talked in the past concerning the RUSH or STIMSON/STIMPSON family? Our house got hit by lightening and we suffered a lot of damage and "some damage to my computer" lost all of my e-mail address and who they connect to, and my printer got fried. Surge protectors just do not work when something like that happens, groan. Just very thankful we had good home insurance to take care of all of the damage we suffered, Sherry Morell Shelts ----- Original Message ----- From: <SandyKB@aol.com> To: <mishiawa@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, November 10, 2006 6:54 PM Subject: [MISHIAWA] RUSH > Hi Nancy, > > Yes, Henry and Sarah are my line through their son Isaac Wilson Rush, Sr. > > They are my ggg grandparents. > > I have connected with descendants of the other children: Jacob, Laura and > Ira who all stayed in Michigan. Sorry, Cheryl, I don't find the Neehams. Nancy
Nancy, In your Owosso book are there any Needhams? Or any mention of Stony Run Siding a railroad depot/grocery store? Cheryl
the book states that Jacob Rush was b. in NY in 1815. "Lena born in 1845 in MI was a daughter of Jacob. She signed the Pioneer Minutes at a meeting around 1890. At that time her name was Helena (Rush) Axelson." "The first township meeting ever held in Rush Township was held at the home of Henry Rush on April 1, 1850. Henry had 160 acres in Section 23." That's about all. Nancy
Hi Nancy, Yes, Henry and Sarah are my line through their son Isaac Wilson Rush, Sr. They are my ggg grandparents. I have connected with descendants of the other children: Jacob, Laura and Ira who all stayed in Michigan. Isaac moved to Pennsylvania shortly after the family went from NY to Michigan. Sandy

Sandra, there is a mention (in my Owosso book) of Henry Rush b. 1891 in Vermont who was one of the first settlers in Rush Township. His wife Sarah was born in 1790 also in Vermont. They are listed in the 1850 census. Nancy
Nancy, Thank you for checking. Tammy
Hi Nancy, Would that book have James Al(l)chin in it? He was the brother to my 3x great grandfather, Edmund. Both James & Edmund helped settle Ingham Co. and then James moved on to Shiawassee Co. I am new to this list and it would help me greatly if a surname and/or location would be put into the subject line. Thank you. Sandra Barnes researching RUSH
