Thank you Shelly. I really appreciate it. It makes me crazy when I find an obit that names a place I can't find. I have two other places from obits that I can't find...one is Maple Hill, Ontario County, N.Y where my gr gr gr grandfather Jonathan David Barber was born in 1823 and my gr grandfather Frank Crosby born 1873 in Hillsboro, Mass. and then John Trumbel who lived in Indian Town. I can't find traces of any of these places ever existing. Has anyone else had this problem? Did you solve the mystery? If you did I would like to know how you solve the problem.
