    3. I am going out on a limb here, but I have the same problem. I am researching old German/Polish records and have no idea what they say because of the dialect, etc. I have found the LDS church helpful, but please be aware that it is a volunteer basis. Through them, I have found people that know someone, etc that can help. --- pime2003 <pime2003@chartermi.net> wrote: > > Does anyone know where to get old German > translated? 3. Hi I have a program that will translate German and it does do a pretty good job even with the old German, it will at least let you make out what it is talking about. You have to purchase it. But for me it was well worth the money, as I was sent a complete book from Germany and I finally got the information I needed out of it. Here is the Url. 3. I have found a website that translates German, French, Italian, Spanish, and many more. All you do is put the texted in and then chose which you want way you want to translate it (For example - German to English or French to German) and then click TRANSLATE. And viola, translation of the text. It's not perfect translation, but you get the idea of what they are talking about. Here's the link http://babelfish.altavista.com/ Hope this helps!
