Dear Mary Sue - I was at St. John's Cemetary last summer and I have three digital photos from there. That was all of the stones that I was able to read. The best stone is for Frederick Bender, plus I have what I think is his sister Henrietta Eisenhauer, and a Hochthanner stone. Are you interested in any of these families? Deb Garcia PS - Carolyn - I can send you the three photos I have if you give me an address. Saginaw Photo Volunteers Carolyn, I wish I were close enough to help with this project, but I am two days away by car. I would like to see 1) PINEGROVE Cemetery on old Midland Rd. between Freeland and Midland. It is a Tittabawassee Twp. cemetery of medium size. Also, the 2) ST. MATTHEW LUTHERAN cemetery on Hospital Rd. next to the church--also in Tittabawassee Twp. This is a small cemetery that could be photographed in a day quite easily. I have family in both and have taken 35 mm photographs, but no digital photos. Another is the 3) ST. JOHN CEMETERY near Frankenmuth (I think it is on Dehmel Rd). It is not near any church. There are many old tombstones there, but it would be easy to photograph in a couple of outings. The only problem there is the lighting, since it is heavily wooded. It might visits at different times of day to get the proper lighting for all stones. Thanks to you and all of your volunteers for all you are doing. Mary Sue Schnell
