List: The VERY helpful Saginaw County Internet Genealogy Services Center sent this as a reply to my query: ******* The 1950 Saginaw City Directory lists a "Church of God" located at 1832 N. Charles, the corner of Charles and Union.The pastor at that time was Louis E. Wagoner. The current Saginaw phone book shows a "First Church of God" located at 1834 N.
