Dear Janet: In response to you question, I have the following information: The 1950 Saginaw City Directory lists a "Church of God" located at 1832 N. Charles, the corner of Charles and Union. The pastor at that time was Louis E. Wagoner. The current Saginaw phone book shows a "First Church of God" located at 1834 N Charles, The current Pastor is Dave Vannorman I hope this information is helpful to your research.
