When I visited Saginaw in November, 1999, my mom (a Saginaw native) took us on a tour of places that are significant to our family.� She pointed out a building that now says Zingger's Saloon.� It was on the west side -- we never ventured to the east side on that visit -- I think it's north of Court St. and close to the river.� What would this building have been used for between about 1930 and 1950?
