    1. Re: [MISAGINA] ANDRE/LOCKWOOD/McBRATNIE/HUNT
    2. I also have copies of the 1877, 1896, and 1916 Saginaw County Atlases which show further holdings in west Saginaw and in Zilwaukee area. Peter's office was at one time located in the 400 block of Court St. One building there, perhaps 414 is the Andre Block. I think it's where Pankonin Drugs is now located. His son in law, George Sevy Lockwood, ran a 'crockery' business there, too. The last sign of old P.C. is the 1900 Census. By that time he was living at 1711 Court St. - that home is still there, but has been converted to commercial use. His daughter, son in law and grandkids were living with him - - or he lived with them. Tim Stark Naples, FL

Hamilton. > One > building there, perhaps 414 is the Andre Block. Andre intersects with the 1600 block of Court. My gg-grandfather, Colin McBratnie, lived at 1602 Mackinaw, which is at the northwest corner of Mackinaw and S. Andre -- just 5 blocks from 1711 Court. > I think it's where Pankonin > Drugs is now located. His son in law, George Sevy Lockwood, ran a 'crockery' > business there, too. > > The last sign of old P.C. is the 1900 Census. By that time he was living at > 1711 Court St. - that home is still there, but has been converted to > commercial use. His daughter, son in law and grandkids were living with him > - - or he lived with them. My g-grandmother's sister, Genevieve PURMORT, owned the house on the southeast corner of Court and Porter. She broke it into apartments. Since then, it appears to have been renovated and is well cared for.
