    2. Sharon, The grocery/butcher market was owned for many years by a family named Katter. Their son, Ken, and his wife, Jane, were close friends of mine. They might be able to help you with the history of that market and be able to fill you in on where your cheese factory was located. I will be returning to MI in the next three weeks and when I do, I will try to locate them if you would like.
