Terri--What time period are you looking for? I grew up on Barnard Street in the 40's-50's. There were no wards at that time. In the 1877 Saginaw Co. Atlas it would have been Ward 6. But there were no wards in either 1896 or 1916 County Atlases. The address 315 must have been very near the intersection with Houghton Street, where Barnard Street ends. Good luck, Mary Sue
