Yes, there are marriage, birth and death registers (and indexes) for Saginaw County available through the LDS Family History Centers. Just look in the on-line catalog at Family Search and search for the microfilm numbers. Then order them at your local Family History Center. I pay $3.50 for a month of use a film.
