Pat, I can check to see if the record is there, but if you plan to get a copy anyway, I would suggest that you simply notify the Register of Deeds yourself and they will send it to you. The Register's office does not allow photocopies. If you wish to have a certified copy, send a check or money order for $5 to County Clerk's Office, (make the check out to Saginaw County Clerk), 111 S. Michigan, Saginaw, MI 48602 and give them the same information which you have just given to me. They will send it to you by reply mail.
