It is located east of M52 on Fergus road (Four and 1/2 miles north of M57.) There was a one room country school about 1/2 mile east of M52 called the Indiantown School. Our school (Pioneer School District #8) often held spelling bee competitions with them. At one time there was quite a large population of American Indians living in the area. P.S. The area along the river by the Indian Town bridge was a great place for gathering black walnuts and butternuts in the fall.
