Can anyone out there help me? Does the Saginaw County Clerk have an e-mail address? If you know someone died in St. Charles, Saginaw County, but don't know exactly when -- how can you find out? I know how to send to Lansing for death certificates (which is what I want to do), but you need an approximate date of death.
